To reproduce this bug you need JIRA version > 7.4, JIRA Service Desk installed and Xporter for Jira.
- Create a JIRA Service Desk Project
- Go to an issue and, on the left panel, click on Customer Channel and go to the link.
- Create a Request (or go to an existing one) and try to export using a template other than the default.
- You can't select another Template or another Output Type, therefore you can't export the request. The only way found to change Template or Output type is via keyboard.
