      Description

      As an user i have a function to format jira Number Fields.

      If you are exporting a Number field you can define the format that the number is displayed. All the patterns supported by the DecimalFormat (http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/text/DecimalFormat.html) Java API are supported.

      Specifications:

      ${numberformat("<Pattern>"):<Field name>}

      or

      ${numberformat("<Locale>","<Pattern>"):<Field name>}

      Examples:

      ${numberformat(“pt”,”\u20AC ###,###”):Price}
      ${numberformat("\u20AC ###,###.###"):Price}

      Note:\u20AC is the unicode for symbol €, you may use or not unicode symbols
